Laura Kostovetsky, Owner/Managing Broker

As a full-time professional real estate Broker, Laura brings 30-plus years of real estate experience and prides herself on offering superior personal service before, during, and after transactions. She asks the same of her team members and agents at Rivoli Realty. Laura says, “We have a fantastic bunch”. Most of their team members have extensive retail home sales, commercial sales, investment sales and management and/or development experience, having been trained “on the job”.

Laura herself, a Valdosta Georgia native and a second-generation real estate entrepreneur had started her real estate career in a family-owned real estate firm in Jacksonville Florida in 1986. In 2006, she joined Anna and Robbie Roberts when they created Rivoli Realty and in 2023 she and Candy Anderson Brown proudly took the reins as the new owners of Rivoli Realty.

Laura learned early on from her family, to be honest, of good moral character, and think like an entrepreneur, not only like a Realtor®. Laura has carried that belief system through today where she, together with Candy, oversees all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, accounting and operations. As Qualifying Broker, she is committed to staying ahead of the curve when it comes to industry trends, and enjoys attending industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the market. She is a dedicated wife to Boris, mother to Kathryn, Wesley and daughter in law Fabiola & grandmother to Jacob, Mia and Isabella, and enjoys traveling and spending time with her family in her free time.
