DP has been active in the Atlanta satellite markets of Augusta, Chattanooga and Macon since 1993 with the influx of growth due to the ’96 Olympics. As a boot-strap owner/investor in what was then the overlooked downtown Atlanta neighborhood of Grant Park, he specializes in building opportunity and growth in traditionally marginalized neighborhoods. Living in and witnessing the explosive growth from the Beltline in Atlanta’s Old 4th Ward; DP has been active in the East Macon, Fort Hill community since 2001. In 2022 he moved full time to Macon affirming his commitment to the city’s historic charm and significance, tremendous affordability, and connection to the entire South East and world with easy commute to Atlanta’s Hartsfield International Airport, the busiest airport in the world.
