Born and raised in Macon, Georgia, Karli is excited to begin her real estate career with Rivoli Realty and serve buyers and sellers throughout Middle Georgia. Growing up in Macon has given her a firsthand appreciation for the city’s local businesses, restaurants, neighborhoods, and community traditions. Her familiarity with the area allows her to share useful local insight, while her commitment to staying informed about market trends helps her support clients as they explore their real estate options.

Karli graduated from Georgia College & State University with a degree in Marketing and a concentration in Sales. She looks forward to applying her education to thoughtful property marketing, clear communication, and lasting client relationships. As she begins her career, she brings enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a willingness to keep learning alongside the Rivoli Realty team. Her approach starts with listening to each client’s goals and providing attentive support throughout the buying or selling process.

Outside of real estate, Karli enjoys spending time outdoors, playing tennis, going on walks with her dachshund, Frankie, and spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys volunteering at the Bibb County Animal Shelter, where she can give back to her community while spending time with animals. Having the opportunity to build her career in the community where she was raised makes this new chapter especially meaningful. She is eager to connect with clients across Middle Georgia and help them take their next steps in real estate with confidence.
