Lance grew up outside of Savannah, GA, where he has watched his father grow and develop a real estate company for almost 30 years. During his freshman year, at Mercer University, Lance fell in love with consuming real estate content. Books, podcasts, YouTube, and conversations with industry experts became his favorite pastime. By the time he graduated from Mercer, he had acquired over 1.25MM in personal investment property! He loves researching investment properties, land, and homes. His wife, Abby, jokes with friends that Zillow, or the local MLS, is his social media of choice! Licensed in 2021, Lance now leverages his experience, talents, and network to help people buy/sell homes and investment properties.

Lance and Abby are committed to knowing and serving people in the Middle Georgia community through leadership positions in faith-based organizations. Since 2020, they have been heavily involved in Northway Church and Young Life Macon. At Northway, they lead a young adult small group and Abby is employed through Young Life Macon. Outside of real estate and ministry, they love spending time outdoors—participating in sports, hunting, hiking, camping, or smoking meat— if it’s outside, they’re all in! Lance has one priority in life: to glorify God by living with Him and for Him. He wants to know, love, and serve others in all areas of life so that Christ may be known. Real estate is not only a career for Lance, it is a way to blend his passion with this greater purpose!
