Tanner Gallahair brings a strong foundation in residential construction and a genuine connection to the Macon community. After relocating to Macon to be closer to his family, he quickly made the community his home. His parents, sister, brother, and sister-in-law now call Macon home too, and his mom serves as an assistant principal in the Bibb County School District.

Tanner worked in new construction, first in sales, now managing quality control on the production side for a residential home builder. He’s been a licensed Georgia REALTOR® since 2022, and that hands-on building experience shows up in how he works. He’s spent enough time on job sites to know good craftsmanship when he sees it, and he brings that same attention to detail to every transaction. That background has only deepened a lifelong love of architecture and homes themselves, especially historic ones, and Macon’s full of them.

Tanner has a love for sports and competition, starting his college football career in Kentucky before finishing his degree in Management at Georgia College & State University, a competitive streak that never really left him.

At the core, Tanner sees real estate as a way to serve people well. Helping someone find the right home is real, tangible impact, and that’s what drives him. Outside of work, Tanner can be found spending time the way he loves most, with his family, and of course his weenie dog, Copper.
